A patrol was dispatched to the scene.<\/p>\n<p>In a forest about 30 meters from the border, officers found 25 bundles wrapped in polyethylene film and later discovered another five. The packages contained 3,000 packs of NZ Gold cigarettes bearing Belarusian excise stamps.
