Representing the Belarusian democratic forces at the meeting were Deputy Head of the United Transitional Cabinet <b>Pavel Latushka<\/b>, Coordination Council Speaker <b>Artsiom Brukhan<\/b>, and head of the Coordination Council delegation to the Congress <b>Iryna Khalopitsa<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>The parties discussed preparations for a report entitled &#8220;The Role of Local and Regional Authorities in Supporting Belarusian Democratic Forces and Civil Society in Exile&#8221;.
