An inspection found that all of the visa\u2019s security features had been imitated to resemble a genuine document using an ordinary printer.<\/p>\n<p>A second offender was detained during the processing of a flight from Istanbul to Minsk. He presented a passport of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in which the personal identification data had been altered.<\/p>\n<p>The detainees were placed in a temporary detention facility operated by the Minsk City Executive Committee&#8217;s Main Directorate of Internal Affairs. Administrative proceedings have been launched for an attempted illegal border crossing.
