The bridge was undergoing reconstruction at the time of the incident.<\/p>\n<p>The 1-by-5-metre slab collapsed on a bridge over the Vysokaya River at the 14th kilometre of the N-8641 Sharniova\u2013Proshyka\u2013Khalapienichy road near the village of Proshyka, located by Lake Sialiava.<\/p>\n<p>Traffic across the bridge has been suspended.
