{"id":547407,"date":"2026-06-02T08:40:33","date_gmt":"2026-06-02T05:40:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reform.news\/?p=547407"},"modified":"2026-06-02T10:54:06","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T07:54:06","slug":"russia-used-729-drones-and-missiles-in-overnight-attack-on-ukraine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/russia-used-729-drones-and-missiles-in-overnight-attack-on-ukraine","title":{"rendered":"Russia Used 729 Drones and Missiles in Overnight Attack on Ukraine"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p>Russia used 729 aerial attack weapons against Ukraine during last night&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/russia-launches-massive-strike-on-ukraine-killing-and-injuring-civilians\">large-scale strike<\/a>, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>A total of the following were launched:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>656 attack drones and decoy drones,<\/li>\n<li>8 Zircon missiles,<\/li>\n<li>33 Iskander-M ballistic missiles,<\/li>\n<li>27 Kh-101 cruise missiles,<\/li>\n<li>5 Kalibr cruise missiles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ukrainian air defences were able to shoot down or suppress 642 targets, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>602 drones,<\/li>\n<li>11 Iskander-M missiles,<\/li>\n<li>26 Kh-101 missiles,<\/li>\n<li>3 Kalibr missiles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Impacts were recorded at 38 locations, while falling debris was reported at 15 sites.<\/p>\n<p>Fatalities and injuries were reported in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro and other cities and settlements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Russia used 729 aerial attack weapons against Ukraine during last night&#8217;s large-scale strike, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
