The relevant law was signed by <strong><b>Aliaksandr Lukashenka<\/b><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The law establishes a procedure for the state registration of legal entities operating under a standard charter. It also eliminates the requirement for legal entities to obtain a certificate of state registration.<\/p>\n<p>The legislation restricts the registration of new business entities by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs that have outstanding wage payments or unpaid remuneration obligations.<\/p>\n<p>In cases where the reorganization of a legal entity is declared invalid and the entity is restored to its previous status, the institution of external administration will be introduced.<\/p>\n<p>The law also amends six codes and 23 laws to align them with the new legislative changes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Belarus is changing its procedures for the state registration and liquidation of business entities.
