But what has happened now? Everyone has closed themselves off so tightly that not even a mouse can get through. Recycling fees will soon exceed the cost of the vehicles themselves. I am talking about our union! Why are we doing this, and what kind of union can we talk about?\u201d<\/i> he said.<\/p>\n<p>In recent years, Russia has repeatedly increased recycling fees. Kazakhstan subsequently followed the same path.
