This was stated by <b>Andrii Demchenko<\/b>, spokesperson for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, in a comment to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rbc.ua\/ukr\/news\/ukrayina-naroshchue-fortifikatsiyi-kordoni-1779991507.html\">RBC-Ukraine<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the border is protected, but efforts are currently underway to further strengthen it.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cThe work that has already been completed is now being further expanded,\u201d<\/i> Demchenko said.<\/p>\n<p>The Border Guard Service and other components of the Defence Forces are involved in the construction of the fortifications.
