She was detained in September 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Navumava has been charged under the following articles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Article 16, Part 6 (aiding and abetting participation in a crime),<\/li>\n<li>Article 130, Parts 1 and 3 (incitement of other social hatred),<\/li>\n<li>Article 188 (defamation),<\/li>\n<li>Article 203-1, Part 3 (violation of the secrecy of correspondence and telephone conversations),<\/li>\n<li>Article 361-4, Parts 1 and 2 (facilitating extremist activity, the same actions committed repeatedly),<\/li>\n<li>Article 367, Part 2 (defamation of Lukashenka),<\/li>\n<li>Article 368, Part 1 (insulting Lukashenka),<\/li>\n<li>Article 369 (insulting a government official),<\/li>\n<li>Article 370 (desecration of state symbols),<\/li>\n<li>Article 391 (insulting a judge).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Navumava was for a long time a member of the left-wing party Fair World.
