Joining Tsikhanouskaya at the meeting were Deputy Head of the United Transitional Cabinet Pavel Latushka<\/b>, as well as Tsikhanouskaya\u2019s advisers Franak Via\u010dorka<\/b> and Dzianis Kuchynski<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Earlier today, Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya also visited<\/a> Belarusian memorial sites in Kyiv. She addressed<\/a> the forum of cities at the 4th International Summit of Cities and Regions “Partnership. Resilience. Readiness”, expressing confidence in Ukraine\u2019s victory. Speaking at the same event, Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted Tsikhanouskaya\u2019s presence and made a jab at Lukashenka<\/a>.<\/p>\n
