Aliaksandr Lukashenka<\/b><\/strong> arrived today at a training exercise involving military units responsible for the combat use of nuclear weapons and nuclear support. This was reported by his press service.<\/p>\n

Lukashenka is visiting a missile brigade in the Asipovichy District. Chief of the General Staff Pavel Muraveika<\/b><\/strong> briefed him on the concept of the exercise. Lukashenka inspected the missile brigade\u2019s vehicle fleet and visited the commander\u2019s command post.<\/p>\n

The exercise has been taking place in Belarus since May 19. Russia is conducting nuclear manoeuvres simultaneously. As reported by the Russian Defence Ministry this morning, nuclear munitions<\/a> were delivered to field storage sites as part of the exercise.<\/p>\n
