According to the regional civil defence and emergency response centre, the accident occurred on the R-254 highway in Chanovsky District on May 20.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAccording to preliminary information, a young driver from Belarus driving a Scania crossed into the oncoming lane, lost control and collided with a KamAZ truck.
