And Moscow is doing this deliberately, combining these actions with intensified propaganda.<\/i><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><i>We apologise to Estonia and all our Baltic friends for such unintentional incidents. Our relevant authorities have been and continue to work in close cooperation to investigate each individual case and find ways to prevent such situations, including through the direct involvement of our expert groups,\u201d<\/i><\/em> wrote Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesperson <strong><b>Heorhii Tykhyi<\/b><\/strong> on X.<\/p>\n<p>Tykhyi also stressed that Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland had not provided their airspace for strikes against Russia and that Ukraine had never made such a request to those countries.<\/p>\n<p><em><i>\u201cThe Russians have no right to blame Ukraine, the Baltic states or Finland for the consequences of their own actions and, more broadly, of their war of aggression,\u201d<\/i><\/em> Tykhyi said.<\/p>\n<p>Ukraine\u2019s Foreign Ministry also described as false the statement by Russia\u2019s Foreign Intelligence Service alleging that Ukraine was preparing a series of strikes against Russia from Latvian territory.<\/p>\n<p><em><i>\u201cRussian disinformation is merely a continuation of a broader propaganda campaign aimed at destabilising public opinion in Latvia and the Baltic region,\u201d<\/i><\/em> Tykhyi said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ukraine apologised to the Baltic states for incidents involving Ukrainian drones entering their airspace and blamed Russia for the incidents. \u201cRussia continues to redirect Ukrainian drones into the Baltic states using electronic warfare systems.
