He was also unable to confirm that he was staying in Poland legally. A check of police databases showed that a decision had previously been issued refusing the 46-year-old Belarusian citizen permission to stay in Poland. In addition, he was listed in the Interpol database as a person wanted by the Belarusian authorities in order to establish his whereabouts.<\/p>\n<p>The Belarusian man was detained.
