The incident occurred this afternoon on Dolhinau Trakt.<\/p>\n<p>The 56-year-old scooter driver was crossing the roadway at a signal-controlled pedestrian crossing on a red light. He was struck by a Renault passenger car. A 50-year-old woman was also riding on the scooter as a passenger.
