Anti-aircraft units deployed in the region, as well as NATO Baltic air policing mission fighter jets, were immediately activated.<\/p>\n<p>The Latvian National Armed Forces <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mil.lv\/lv\/zinas\/latvijas-gaisa-telpa-ielidoja-un-no-tas-izlidoja-viens-bezpilota-lidaparats\">confirmed<\/a> that one unmanned aerial vehicle entered and later left Latvian airspace. At around 08:00, the threat was declared over.<\/p>\n<p>The military emphasized that together with NATO allies they are constantly monitoring the airspace.
