The man is accused of fraud. According to police, he operated a financial pyramid scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Over the course of two years, the suspect allegedly collected $750,000 from citizens of Belarus, Russia and Georgia living in Minsk. He claimed the money would be used to expand sales of popular electronics.
