Previously, this was handled by BelNIIT Transtekhnika.<\/p>\n<p>The inspectorate will also gain access to data from state information resources, eliminating the need for citizens to provide documents in person.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, restrictions on the list of legal entities authorised to test specialised vehicles \u2014 including refrigerated trucks, insulated vans and tankers \u2014 have been removed.<\/p>\n<p>The resolution also defines the procedure for state accounting of key road traffic indicators.
