The agreement was signed on January 16 this year in Baku.<\/p>\n<p>The Foreign Ministry has been instructed to notify Azerbaijan of the completion of the domestic procedures necessary for the agreement to enter into force.<\/p>\n<p>Under the document, the sides mutually recognize driver\u2019s licenses issued by the competent authorities of the two states.
