Today, the National Legal Internet Portal published <a href=\"https:\/\/pravo.by\/document\/?guid=12551&amp;p0=C22600234\">Resolution No. 234<\/a> of the Council of Ministers dated May 11, transferring the agricultural enterprise\u2019s shares to the management of the Mahilyowoblgaz state enterprise.<\/p>\n<p>OJSC Machulishchy Greenhouse Complex will transfer 53,339 shares in the company to the ownership of the Republic of Belarus and the economic management of Mahilyowoblgaz by August 1, while the Kupalauskaye holding company will transfer 53,690 shares. Together, this amounts to 100% of Haradzets\u2019 shares.<\/p>\n<p>CJSC ASB-Agro Haradzets was visited by <b>Aliaksandr Lukashenka<\/b> in September last year. At the time, his press service said that he had drawn attention to <i>\u201cmismanagement and a lack of order, which, in his words, negatively characterizes not only the work of the company\u2019s management but also the shortcomings of the leadership of the Shklow district and the Presidential Property Management Directorate, within whose structure Haradzets operates.\u201d<\/i> According to Lukashenka, this led to the situation where <i>\u201cthey effectively ruined the farm, which became not the very worst, but one of the worst.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cIt is sad, of course. This is the worst farm I have seen in the past two years,\u201d<\/i> Lukashenka said.<\/p>\n<p>He instructed the head of Haradzets, local authorities, and the management of the Presidential Property Management Directorate to restore perfect order by spring.<\/p>\n<p>Lukashenka himself once headed the farm.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cWhen I came here, the farm was the worst in the Soviet Union. Nobody came here to make things easy for us. We pulled ourselves out on our own,\u201d<\/i> he recalled last autumn.<\/p>\n<p>Two weeks later, Lukashenka\u2019s property management chief <b>Yury Nazaraw<\/b> reported on the steps taken to improve the situation.<\/p>\n<p>Now, it appears that Mahilyowoblgaz will help ASB-Agro Haradzets \u201cpull itself out.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CJSC ASB-Agro Haradzets will now be supported by Mahilyowoblgaz.
