This is the lowest exchange rate since February 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The euro declined by 0.19%, or 0.63 kopecks, to 3.284 rubles.<\/p>\n<p>The Russian ruble rose by 0.13%, or 0.49 kopecks. One hundred Russian rubles were valued at 3.7847 Belarusian rubles.<\/p>\n<p>The yuan fell by 0.29%, or 1.2 kopecks.
