Lukashenka said he wanted to discuss \u201cone and a half issues\u201d with Putin and noted that Belarus and Russia have not had any serious disputes in recent years.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cIn the CIS, as you rightly said, and in the Eurasian Economic Union, Russia accounts for 60\u201365% of Belarus\u2019 total trade turnover. In other words, you are our main trading partner in the post-Soviet space. Of course, with such huge volumes \u2014 nearly 60 billion dollars already \u2014 there are and always will be certain issues.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>But we have been living quite decently all these years. We have never had any serious disputes. One or two issues that we discuss and instruct our governments to resolve. Today I thought as well: probably one and a half issues that we will discuss with you, and the rest is our great victory,\u201d<\/i> Lukashenka said.<\/p>\n<p>Putin responded that there is always something to discuss with Lukashenka and promised to brief him on the \u201cpositive trends\u201d in the Russian economy.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cWe always have something to talk about regarding current issues connected with the economy and social matters. Trade volume is at a record high despite the difficulties that others are trying to create for us from outside. Overall, everything is going well for us.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>I will tell you what has been happening recently in the Russian economy. There are good trends.
