Following a heavy downpour in Minsk, seven sections of roads have been flooded. Most of the flooding occurred in the Frunzenski District, the Emergency Situations Ministry reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Eleven trolleybus routes and twelve bus routes were temporarily suspended. As of 4:15 p.m., traffic congestion in Minsk had reached the maximum 10-point level.<\/p>\n

Emergency workers and \u043a\u043e\u043c\u043c\u0443\u043d\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u044b\u0435 services are carrying out operations to deal with the consequences of the flooding.<\/p>\n

Forecasters are warning of another heavy rain overnight into Saturday.<\/p>\n
