Instead of arriving at 2:15 p.m., it is now expected to land in Minsk at 7:45 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>An Azimuth Airlines flight from Mineralnye Vody to Minsk was cancelled today.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier today, a drone strike damaged the building of the \u201cAir Navigation of Southern Russia\u201d institution in Rostov-on-Don. As a result, operations at 13 airports in southern Russia were disrupted.
