The corresponding decision was issued on May 4, 2026, by the Hlusk District Court of the Mahiliou region.<\/p>\n<p>The updated list also includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the Threads page \u201cAnatol Liabedzka\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>the Facebook pages: \u201cAle\u015b \u0141ahviniec\u201d, \u201cZahadki Belaruskai Historyi\u201d, \u201cBelarusy Ukrainy\u201d, \u201cDzmitry Busel\u201d, \u201cAleh Shabetnik\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>the Instagram account \u201cthisisyouth.info\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It should be recalled that in Belarus, extremism-related accusations are used by the authorities in the fight against Lukashenka\u2019s opponents and dissent in general.<\/p>\n<p>Political prisoner Ales Pushkin died in a hospital in Hrodna on July 11, 2023. He was brought there from Prison No. 1 unconscious, suffering from a perforated ulcer, peritonitis, and multiple organ failure. The artist was buried in the village of Bobr.<\/p>\n<p>In March 2022, Ales Pushkin was sentenced to five years in a maximum-security penal colony under Part 3 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code (\u201cIncitement of racial, national, religious, or other social hatred or discord\u201d) and Article 370 (\u201cDesecration of state symbols\u201d). He was sent to serve his sentence at the \u201cWolf Holes\u201d penal colony in Ivatsevichy.
