The issue was discussed at a meeting chaired by the head of the Office of the President <b>Kyrylo Budanov<\/b> with lawmakers and military officials.<\/p>\n<p>The reform \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0443\u0441\u043c\u0430\u0442\u0440\u0438\u0432\u0430\u0435\u0442 the creation of a unified recruitment centre for foreign citizens.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe decision is long overdue \u2014 and colleagues agreed \u2014 that the country needs a single centre for recruiting foreigners.
