The Hrodna Regional Customs has uncovered an attempt by a carrier to evade payment of customs duties on a large scale.<\/p>\n

According to the State Customs Committee\u2019s press service, a DAF truck arrived at the Kamenny Loh border crossing. The driver of a Lithuanian carrier presented documents for perfume valued at 3 million roubles. However, the actual value of the cargo exceeded 5 million roubles.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis was confirmed both by the results of the inspection and by another set of documents discovered during customs control,\u201d<\/em> the State Customs Committee said.<\/p>\n
