Russian-made products had been purchased. After the lining in the furnaces collapsed, it emerged that the material was of poor quality.<\/p>\n<p>An internal inspection was conducted, and its results were discussed at a planning meeting. Activists claim that <em>\u201charsh accusations, threats and attempts to find a \u2018scapegoat\u2019 were voiced\u201d<\/em> during the meeting.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAccording to reports, the last words of the deputy head of the workshop for technology <strong><b>Andrei S.<\/b><\/strong> were: \u2018I can\u2019t take this anymore.\u2019 That day he did not return home. His body was found not far from the plant.
