Even the band \u201cKino\u201d has been removed from the blacklist of artists \u2014 but with one caveat.<\/p>\n<p>It is worth recalling that in March, Nasha Niva published an <a href=\"https:\/\/nashaniva.com\/390724\">updated<\/a> blacklist of artists whose songs are banned from being performed in Belarus. The list included not only Ukrainian stars and opponents of Vladimir Putin\u2019s regime, but also ardent Z-patriots. In particular, the bands \u201cZveri\u201d and \u201cGradusy,\u201d which actively perform in the occupied territories of Ukraine, were added to it.<\/p>\n<p>Now ideologists have decided to revise the list and remove three groups from it.<\/p>\n<p>While the situation with \u201cGradusy\u201d and \u201cZveri\u201d proved straightforward, specific requirements emerged regarding the legacy of <b>Viktor Tsoi<\/b> and \u201cKino.\u201d Formally, the band has been released from censorship, but with a telling reservation: the song \u201cPeremen\u201d is strictly prohibited from being performed.<\/p>\n<p>The cult composition, which became a symbol of the 2020 protests, apparently continues to alarm the authorities\u2019 ideologists.
