It was therefore decided to focus on young people as the group most oriented towards Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Vorykhava believes that there is less risk among young people of being \u201caffiliated with the KGB or other structures\u201d due to their age.<\/p>\n<p>It is proposed that such a visa be issued under a simplified procedure \u2014 not only for those forced to leave Belarus because of repression, but also for those who simply want to get to know Europe and return home.<\/p>\n<p>In this way, the politician said, it would be possible to counter propaganda narratives about a \u201cbad Europe\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis can only be done when you are physically there, feel that there is freedom, and when you return to Belarus and can then tell your friends and family and thus counter propaganda\u201d<\/em>, Vorykhava said.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The representative of the United Transitional Cabinet of Belarus for youth policy Marharyta Vorykhava said on \u201cEuroradio\u201d that a proposal has been put forward to create a special \u201cyoung Belarusian visa\u201d for citizens aged between 18 and 30.
