Some contracts with individuals were not registered, while others were formally terminated, although services under them continued to be provided.<\/p>\n<p>Such a scheme allowed the agency to hide part of its cash revenue and use it to pay salaries \u201cin envelopes\u201d, the State Control Committee <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/kgk_oficial\/8842\">reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The State Control Committee estimated the damage to the state in the form of unpaid taxes and insurance contributions at nearly 300,000 roubles.
