The Kap\u010diamiestis training ground is of vital importance for the formation of a national division and the effective training of soldiers. Its strategic location along the Suwa\u0142ki Corridor strengthens the defence capabilities of the entire region and our cooperation with NATO partners\u201d<\/em>, Naus\u0117da said.<\/p>\n<p>He proposed naming the Kap\u010diamiestis training ground after <b>Emilia Plater<\/b>. The facility will be at brigade level.<\/p>\n<p>Lithuania\u2019s Defence Ministry also announced the signing of an additional contract for the supply of HIMARS systems. It \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0443\u0441\u043c\u0430\u0442\u0440\u0438\u0432\u0430\u0435\u0442 the delivery of additional combat vehicles and ammunition, as well as command and communication equipment.
