This was reported by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/partyzanka7\/posts\/pfbid02QjUcbM4qgurnZhRhVyQ8ojvJ58SpADb4kbG4MHzjTM8Rha6okLFUjj3wpoCV9erRl\">Partyzanka<\/a> initiative. In accordance with the court\u2019s ruling, Kupchyna\u2019s application for international protection will be \u0440\u0430\u0441\u0441\u043c\u043e\u0442\u0440ed in Poland.<\/p>\n<p>The appeal against the transfer decision under the Dublin Regulation was prepared by <strong>H<b>anna Matsiyeuskaya<\/b><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;This decision is important not only for Tatsiana. It creates a precedent for other cases where people are being transferred without proper assessment of their situation,&#8221;<\/em> the initiative said.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, Tatsiana Kupchyna was sentenced to two years in prison on politically motivated charges, including insulting Lukashenka. After her release, she was forced to leave Belarus due to ongoing surveillance.
