The President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan<\/b>, has received a written message from Aliaksandr Lukashenka<\/b> on ways to strengthen cooperation and bilateral relations between the two countries, WAM reported.<\/p>\n

The message was delivered in person by Lukashenka\u2019s eldest son Viktar Lukashenka<\/b>. In the report, he is described as the \u201cspecial envoy of the President of Belarus\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe special envoy conveyed the greetings of the President of Belarus and his wishes for further progress and prosperity of the United Arab Emirates,\u201d<\/i> the statement said.<\/p>\n

In turn, the UAE president asked that his greetings be conveyed to Aliaksandr Lukashenka, along with wishes for the continued development and prosperity of Belarus and its people.<\/p>\n

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan<\/b>, the Ruler\u2019s Representative in the Al Dhafra Region; Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan<\/b>, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes\u2019 Affairs; Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan<\/b>, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs; Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan<\/b>, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, as well as a number of sheikhs and officials.<\/p>\n

Viktar Lukashenka is currently on a tour of Gulf countries. He arrived in the UAE yesterday<\/a>, on April 23.<\/p>\n

A day earlier, on April 22, acting as a special envoy of Aliaksandr Lukashenka, Viktar delivered a written message to the Sultan of Oman<\/a> from his father. On behalf of Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said<\/b>, Viktar Lukashenka was received by the Sultan\u2019s son, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said<\/b>.<\/p>\n
