In some instances, markups reached 120% despite a \u0443\u0441\u0442\u0430\u043d\u043e\u0432\u043b\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044b\u0439 maximum threshold of 65%.<\/p>\n<p>Violations were recorded in four regions: four cases in the Homiel Region, three in the Mahilyow Region, three in the Viciebsk Region, and one in the Minsk Region.<\/p>\n<p>In one case, an individual entrepreneur offered a women\u2019s suit for 270 rubles with a markup exceeding 100%, while the permitted price should not have exceeded 221.1 rubles. Another entrepreneur sold a dress for 200 rubles with a 90.5% markup instead of the allowable 173.25 rubles. Women\u2019s trousers were offered for 116 rubles with a 120% markup, whereas the maximum permitted price was 87.45 rubles.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to inflated markups, some retail outlets lacked documentation justifying their pricing levels.<\/p>\n<p>Administrative proceedings are being prepared in all identified cases, the \u0432\u0435\u0434\u043e\u043c\u0441\u0442\u0432\u043e\u2019s press service <a href=\"https:\/\/mart.gov.by\/news\/novost\/a-vy-gotovy-k-vypusknomu-\/\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Belarus\u2019 Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade has identified cases of unjustifiably high retail markups on clothing during inspections conducted in March.
