The list has been <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=OJ:L_202600503\">published<\/a> in the EU\u2019s Official Journal.<\/p>\n<p>For the first time under sanctions targeting the Belarusian regime, a Chinese state-owned company connected to the production of Belarusian military equipment has been designated, the Council of the EU said.<\/p>\n<p>The sanctions list includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Volat-Sanjiang joint limited liability company,<\/li>\n<li>Belarusian Oil Company (BNK),<\/li>\n<li>China Space Sanjiang Group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>\u201cChina Space Sanjiang Group is a co-founder of Volat-Sanjiang and one of the two main partners of this joint venture. Volat-Sanjiang produces wheeled chassis for military equipment, including multiple launch rocket systems manufactured by MZKT.
