As the ministry\u2019s press service <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/modmilby\/55218\">reported<\/a>, starting from April 23, new recruits performing compulsory service will begin arriving at formations and military units.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOn the first day, around 1,000 conscripts will be sent to the troops. They will reinforce the Special Operations Forces, the Minsk Military Commandant\u2019s Office, the 72nd Guards Joint Training Centre, the 361st Base for Security and Maintenance, as well as the bodies of the border service,\u201d<\/em> the press service said.<\/p>\n<p>In total, about 10,000 people are expected to be called up for service.
