In particular, the transition to paid entry was addressed \u2014 this year, the festival will be ticketed for the first time. Other Tutaka initiatives and the organisation\u2019s participation in a diaspora conference were also discussed.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe Tutaka Festival is one of the largest Belarusian events in the region.
