Kyiv has even approached a number of capitals with a request to organize such a meeting, but Minsk is not among them.<\/p>\n<p><em><i>\u201cWe asked the Turkish side about this, and we also asked certain other capitals. We approached Turkey directly. But if another capital, apart from Moscow and Belarus, organizes such a meeting, we will go.
