Alyaksandr Lukashenka<\/strong> once again advised the United States to let Nicol\u00e1s Maduro<\/strong> go in an interview with RT.<\/p>\n

“What are you going to do with Maduro? If you haven\u2019t completely lost your mind, then you should step back. There is no need to admit mistakes or anything else. Step back and let this man go, reach an agreement with Venezuela. They will work it out themselves, because they know what the United States of America is, just like other countries do,”<\/em> he said.<\/p>\n

According to him, the capture of Nicol\u00e1s Maduro became possible because of problems in Venezuela that caused dissatisfaction with the authorities. However, he believes that Trump<\/strong> could have reached an agreement with Maduro.<\/p>\n

“Why am I saying this? Because we discussed this issue with the US delegation. Absolutely pragmatic people. I told them this: there is no need to fight the Venezuelans, you need to reach an agreement with them,”<\/em> he said.<\/p>\n

Lukashenka believes that an agreement with Maduro was possible, but Maduro no longer wanted to accept US dictates, and so he was captured.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that Donald Trump is now speaking about good relations with Venezuela\u2019s interim president Delcy Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, who took Maduro\u2019s place.<\/p>\n

In the interview, Lukashenka also once again criticized Trump\u2019s operation against Iran.<\/p>\n

“I do not have the kind of resources needed to dictate. Trump has those resources, and he dictates \u2014 in Venezuela, in Cuba, he is trying to dictate in Iran, to China \u2014 trying to dictate something to all countries. He has those resources. If you do not have those resources, then do not try to dictate.<\/em><\/p>\n

Dictatorship always leads to some kind of defeat, to collapse. Just as it happened to you with Iran. Maybe not a collapse, but something resembling defeat,”<\/em> he added.<\/p>\n

Lukashenka also decided to issue a warning regarding Cuba.<\/p>\n

“If you also go into Cuba and start fighting the Cubans\u2026 History speaks for itself: it will not end well. There will be countries that will quietly support Cuba. And what this will lead to is hard to say,”<\/em> he said.<\/p>\n

In his opinion, Trump does not need a war with Cuba.<\/p>\n

“Cuba is in your backyard, not far from Donald Trump\u2019s home. Do you need that? No, you do not,”<\/em> he said.<\/p>\n

Lukashenka suggested that the US stop kicking Cuba and instead build normal relations with it.<\/p>\n

“There is no need to kick Cuba. In Cuba, in Mexico (I know this well), in Nicaragua, in Venezuela, most people understand what the United States of America is and that normal relations with Americans should be built.
