This follows from the Finance Ministry\u2019s commentary on the government resolution approving the medium-term financial <a href=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/belarusian-government-approves-medium-term-financial-program-through-2028\">program <\/a>for the republican budget for 2026\u20132028.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Finance Ministry, the following republican budget parameters are forecast:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2026: revenues \u2014 54.38 billion rubles, expenditures \u2014 58.73 billion rubles, deficit \u2014 4.34 billion rubles;<\/li>\n<li>2027: revenues and expenditures \u2014 60.07 billion rubles each;<\/li>\n<li>2028: revenues \u2014 66.88 billion rubles, expenditures \u2014 63.11 billion rubles, surplus \u2014 3.77 billion rubles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Finance Ministry also expects the debt burden to decrease.
