The new organization was created on the initiative of representatives of the real estate community from various regions and Minsk. <strong>Hennadz Shykhantsou<\/strong>, a realtor at the Minsk City Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre, was elected head of the Chamber.<\/p>\n<p>The Justice Ministry <a href=\"https:\/\/minjust.gov.by\/press\/news\/advokatura_i_litsenzirovanie_yuridicheskoy_deyatelnosti\/v_belarusi_zaregistrirovana_palata_rielterov\/?bitrix_include_areas=N&amp;clear_cache=Y\">expects<\/a> that the creation of the Chamber will allow professionals to directly participate in shaping standards and rules of practice, respond more quickly to market changes, and strengthen consumer rights protection.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Minister <strong>Yauhen Kavalenka<\/strong> met with members of the board and discussed the organization\u2019s strategic directions. The sides discussed key areas of the Chamber\u2019s work and its short-term tasks, including admission of new members, information work within the real estate community, and strengthening consumer rights protection.<\/p>\n<p>From May 16, 2026, only members of the Chamber will be allowed to provide realtor services on behalf of a real estate organization.
