The reason was the possession of a prohibited substance.<\/p>\n<p>The man was traveling on a Kaunas-Minsk bus. In the customs clearance and control area, a service dog indicated the possible presence of prohibited substances on the man. A jar containing liquid without a label was found among the Belarusian citizen\u2019s personal belongings.
