During the suspension period, the organization is not allowed to carry out real estate activities.<\/p>\n<p>The reason was identified violations of licensing legislation: real estate services, including those falling under the exclusive competence of a realtor, were in fact provided by a real estate agent, while the appointment of a responsible realtor was formal in nature. As a result, obligations to verify the legal validity of transactions were not fulfilled, documents were \u043e\u0444\u043e\u0440\u043c\u043b\u0435\u043d\u044b with violations, and the consumer\u2019s interests were infringed, the ministry <a href=\"https:\/\/minjust.gov.by\/press\/news\/advokatura_i_litsenzirovanie_yuridicheskoy_deyatelnosti\/priostanovlena_litsenziya_ooo_agentstvo_nedvizhimosti_alkor_prinyaty_mery_k_rielteru_dopustivshemu_n\/\">said<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Measures were also taken against the responsible realtor \u2014 the validity of his identification card has been suspended for four months.<\/p>\n<p>Consumers who have active contracts with the agency are advised to contact the organization to terminate them.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ministry of Justice of Belarus has suspended the license of LLC \u201cReal Estate Agency Alkor\u201d from April 10, 2026, until June 10.
