An orange weather alert remains in effect in the country today and yesterday. Wind speeds may reach 20 metres per second.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Emergencies Ministry, fallen trees were cleared from roads in the Vitsyebsk, Brest, Minsk and Hrodna regions.<\/p>\n<p>In Hrodna, a gust of wind tore a metal sheet from the parapet of a shopping centre on Haspadarchaya Street. Emergencies Ministry workers who arrived at the scene dismantled the structure.<\/p>\n<p>In Brest, workers were required to remove a billboard and roofing elements.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\"
