{"id":530865,"date":"2026-04-03T10:45:50","date_gmt":"2026-04-03T07:45:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reform.news\/?p=530865"},"modified":"2026-04-03T11:11:13","modified_gmt":"2026-04-03T08:11:13","slug":"kalinouski-regiment-members-convicted-in-absentia-added-to-terrorist-list","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/kalinouski-regiment-members-convicted-in-absentia-added-to-terrorist-list","title":{"rendered":"Kalino\u016dski Regiment Members Convicted in Absentia Added to Terrorist List"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p>The State Security Committee (KGB) has updated its list of persons involved in \u201cterrorist activities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The list now includes 11 individuals, among them six former fighters of the Kalino\u016dski Regiment, including former deputy commander of the regiment and now a representative of the United Transitional Cabinet for defence and national security <b>Vadzim Kabanchuk<\/b>, former regiment commanders <b>Pavel Shurmei<\/b> and <b>Dzianis Prokharau<\/b>, fighter <b>Aliaksei Kavalchuk<\/b> and instructor <b>Aliaksei Nazarau<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>In early March, they were sentenced in absentia to prison terms ranging from 12 to 25 years, along with substantial fines.
