They are suspected of large-scale tax evasion.<\/p>\n<p>The case stems from a tax optimization scheme.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cThe commercial structure operated a nationwide retail network of 30 stores and service stations for \u0433\u0440\u0443\u0437\u043e\u0432\u044b\u0445 \u0430\u0432\u0442\u043e\u043c\u043e\u0431\u0438\u043b\u0435\u0439. The level of revenue did not allow the use of the simplified taxation system. However, the company\u2019s owners found a way out. To illegally minimize taxes, they arranged for the registration of two companies in Minsk that used the simplified taxation system,\u201d<\/i> the State Control Committee said.<\/p>\n<p>The revenue was distributed between the main company and the additionally created entities.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, according to the authorities, since 2022 the company underpaid more than 1.2 million rubles in taxes.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cThe damage caused to the state has been fully compensated by the suspects.
