It increased by 3.4%, or 74.2 rubles, compared to January. As of January 1, the base rate to which public sector wages are tied was raised.<\/p>\n<p>The real average salary in the public sector grew by 10% in January\u2013February. These figures were published by Belstat.<\/p>\n<p>In February, the ratio of salaries in public sector organizations to the national average stood at 81.7%.<\/p>\n<p>The average February salaries in the public sector were as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in public administration \u2014 3,744.2 rubles (+635.1 rubles compared to the previous month),<\/li>\n<li>for school teachers \u2014 2,762.4 rubles (+67 rubles),<\/li>\n<li>for preschool educators \u2014 1,871.4 rubles (+25.1 rubles),<\/li>\n<li>for university faculty \u2014 3,232.5 rubles (-0.3 rubles),<\/li>\n<li>for doctors \u2014 4,190.9 rubles (-19.4 rubles),<\/li>\n<li>for mid-level medical staff \u2014 2,246.7 rubles (-51.3 rubles).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The average nominal accrued salary of public sector employees in Belarus amounted to 2,246.8 rubles before taxes in February.
