The decision was made by the United Transitional Cabinet and the Office of <b>Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya<\/b>, the Coordination Council reported.<\/p>\n<p>On March 19, following talks between <b>John Coale<\/b> and <b>Alyaksandr Lukashenka<\/b>, it was announced that 250 political prisoners had been released.
