He was most likely referring to the Nezhinsky Mining and Processing Plant, although he did not name it directly.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting today on yesterday\u2019s talks with U.S. Special Envoy <b>John Cole<\/b>, he confirmed that the price remains the same for now but could increase.<\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;They are thinking. But three billion is the minimum. And the government will calculate the reserves and other factors&#8230; It will be more expensive,&#8221;<\/i> Lukashenka said, according to his press service.<\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;They are rich, but they do not want to pay big or even fair money.
